Subject: Flag day: updates to SUNWonbld

The fix for 6752197 ("rti check logic could be enhanced to deal with 
multiple returns") introduced a bug, which was fixed in 6756000 ("hg 
rtichk output missing"), and some users have been reporting pbchk 
succeeds without error on RTI's that aren't accepted when using 
SUNWonbld prior to the fix.

The fix corrects the behavior of the RTI checks in 'hg pbchk' so in 
order to get correct output from pbchk users should update to the latest 
version of SUNWonbld from the gate
